Burco should be the capital of Somaliland. The roads in Hargeysa are too small and the city is too crowded.

It's not even that many reer Burco in Hargeysa besides who's going to force them to go back? Unlike Hargeysa, Burco has some kind of city planning and therefore should be the capital.
