Africans seems descended into anarchy one by one

It seems Africans didn't learn anything about the chaos in Somalia. In this case Central African Republic In some neighbourhoods, the anti-balaka forces went door to door and killed Muslim men, women and childern while the former rebel Seleka, retaliated and killed Christians men, women and childern with machetes systematically looted one another's homes. Religious fanaticism is something new to Africa. On the other hand South Sudan President Salva Kiir have estimated $15 billion in foreign banks while his people still eat rats. Now as the rival army units clash there are signs of ethnic warfare since last weekend.

The whole world is in turmoil not just Africa. Look at Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan etc. This is Qadr of Allah. No big deal, all we can do us muslims to prefect our action by reflecting and acting upon our deen.

Civil wars have to be practically nationwide and on such a large scale to be considered a civil war. Is the government facing a significant threat? Or are they a joke? I don't think more than 50% of countries faced a civil war before. However, I'm sure all countries have faced at least a rebellion at least once.

I don't see that happening in Liberia that suffered 27 years of civil war or Angola. They are functioning and flourishing. Once again things are all qadr of Allah.

Majority of African conflicts are mainly the legacy of colonialism. To give you a perfect example; look at Somalia. The biggest problem with Somalia today is the borders of Somalia created by the British. The Kenyans and Rthiopians want Somalia in a never ending conflict to avoid the elephant in the room. The same can be said of Sudan where again the British forced the poor southerners to be slaves for the Northern Arabs.

All the conflicts in Africa have the ugly hand of the white man behind it. But, it's easier for Africans to hate themselves and accept the white mans narrative. That blacks are to dumb to have a country.

In the case of Somalia colonialism is one of the causes of our problem as it divided lands of somali people, but it also has its merit as it the colonialists created a base and defined border which allowed us to work from in 1960. I think civil war and breakdown was inevitable because our clannish mindset which had somalis competing for power using their clans as source of support.

Yes, I do. However, President Salva Kiir is a man with no vision, program or policy. You can't compare Arab dictators with subsahara dictators. Tunis, Aljeria, Libya etc, look these countries have modern infrustraction such as roads and railway while African leaders deposited the money in foreign accounts without looking back their constituents.

i think the west and the east are fighting for control in africa and they're using locals to fight their war. i won't be surprised to see a civil war to break out in ethiopia, kenya, tanzania, uganda and even rwanda (again).
