Hargeisa does not have the capacity to be the capital city of Somalia. And I doubt they can take advantage of the turmoil in the South. Heck they don't have the capacity to rule areas such as Buuhoodle, Badhan etc.

Once again the video I posted shows a state of great disturbance, there is feud between the parliament speaker and the second and first co-speakers. Also half of the MPs are against the speaker and have refused any outcome from the speaker. Including the missing MP's.

you and i both know that, what's on paper tends to be far more important than what's on the ground. if the mogadishu-based mafia play their cards right, they can actually get an international support in labeling the hargaysa-based mafia as terrorist rebels, thus having italian forces come into somalia like the french are doing in the central african republic and carry out mussolini-style whoop ass on you guys.

Once again I don't see the turmoil you're talking about. Nor do I see disturbance or confusion. The MPs and the speaker of SL parliament are disagreeing and one of the fundamental principles of democracy is that you have the right to agree or disagree.

Thus your title is misleading.
