Hiiraan administration provides emergency relief to kabhanley victims
The governor of hiiraan has held a meeting yesterday with the humanitarian organizations in order to send aid and provide assitance to the victims of kabhaley

PS We now have three examples of Hawiye "SNA", being provided with weapons and training under the auspices of the SNA, ostensibly to fight Al Shabaab but instead attacking and displacing non armed locals.
Shabelle Dhexde, Shabelle Hoose & now Hiiraan have all seen such disgraces, while Al Shabaab are growing in strength in these regions.
It must now be clear to even the most ardent Hassan Sheikh supporter, that his Govt are moryaans in all but name.

This is the first time SNA and djibouti amisom was deployed at kabhanley to save the lives and implement the agreement. the rival jufo was forced to evacuate kabhanley. I will post what the imposed agreement says.

Hiran administration to visit the scene of recent inter-clan clashes
A delegation from Hiran administration and humanitarian agencies in the region are expected to arrive in Kabhanley and its surrounding villages on Wednesday.
Mohamed Farah Ahmed, Hiran administration and humanitarian agencies’ coordinating officer told Bar-kulan that they are planning to visit Kabhanley in order to assess the damages left behind by recent inter-clan conflicts in the area.
He added that there are other plans in place to assist affected families and resettle displaced families back to their villages in the region.
Recent inter-clan conflicts in Kabhanley have left several people dead, scores injured and many families displaced.
