Anger issues
People who hurt themselves when they are really angry, like punching a wall. I just don't understand.

Re: Anger issues
I hardly get angry but when I do, it's ugly. I don't punch things though.

Re: Anger issues
Do you let it build up by holding it inside, or is it only when something worth getting angry over you angry?
Anger is always angry.
Anger is always angry.

No, I usually roar

Lol@roar
For me it's huruuf & silent treatment. When i was younger and hooyo would shout at me, make me angry I would bang the doors QAB and then the suun and dacas would follow.

Last time I really got angry was when this guy talked to my lil cuz in a very rude way, I almost beat him up on the supermarket.

That's worse than throwing things. Re: Anger issues
They're just like everyone else when they get angry except that their mind is limited and they think the world revolves around them and as a result they feel as though they need to attack something s a form of retaliation to the world. The real question is why do they hurt themselves, do they think they will have one over the world by attacking something that exists within it such as themselves and they can hurt themselves without anyone disagreeing? I've observed when they are in supervision and someone restricts them from self-harming, they increase their attempts and aggression.

Re: Anger issues
I rather have a girl roar than simmer in silence, the silent one is deadly, god knows what she might do.
Fall they are just punishing themselves. Either they are at fault or they are do angry they want to hurt something, that ends up being themselves in the process.
