I think it good that they send them back home but why do they need to get them married. Marriage is huge responsabilty and if the guy is not back to is good health it is very reckless of them to marry him off. I feel for our somali sisters.

Somalis are very naiive people.
if a daughter lets say had depression, she'd keep it to herself for years as she's afraid of her mom going off on her.
the mom would also deny the situation by saying that she's making herself crazy, when in fact its been going on for a number of yrs and that there was not any intervention.

people should be taught that mental illnesses such as depression require support, not being shouted at for admitting the situation of the individual.
