The situation in Marehan Mudug is pretty bad.

Celi and Wagardhac, the two most warlike Marehan Mudug clans, are about to engage in a battle for annihilation.
The clan is doing everything to prevent further aggression.
It started with the killed of the huge Celi businessman in Dhabad by Wagardhac.
Some Darod businessmen including Majerten and Layl Kase came to Marehan amd said Wagardhac boys put a isbaaro breaking protocol between the Darod in Western Mudug.
Shuuke Cagaroog (Celi) who is the de facto head of Sade business groups in central Somalia went there to remove the isbaaro which would hurt free transport of goods from Puntland to Western Mudug/Galgaduud.
They opened fire. He died.
Immediately Wagardhac elders removed the isbaaro and dispersed the boys but the deed was done. Celi counter striked killing 5.
Now Celi is saying they will not rest until they truly "avenge" Shuuke. Wagardhac, never shying away from war has said bring it on.
