Since your not from Buloburde explains why you want the SNA known to regularly recruits former child soldiers, war criminals and other unsavory people to become soldiers shipped there. Background checks or mental evaluations, and training is non-existent. The main reason these soldiers revert to looting, harassing and raping the very citizens they have sworn to protect.

These soldiers presence in Puntland is a declaration of war but since all 25000 will be based in Hiiraan and not in my neck of the woods you can probably guess whose region will be better off. Good luck importing Mogadishu's rape culture to Hiiraan, Buloburde in particular

I was joking man about the puntland part but yeah there is a project of strong central army who would have a base in hiiraan even abdiqaim has once adviced forming an army from balcad to galkacyo who will be the majority of the SNA

I don't mind having one army and our region trains an army from ceelbuur so they can liberate their land.
