Garbage. I don't trust the list was based by sexy value. Congo president # 4??? R u kidding me? Nigerian president under 40 list? Obama 17?? He should be at least top ten. # 1 because she is young and Asian, but not sexy at all. Now the prince under her, that's another story. The Mexican president-- yeah--sexy as hell.

@ Kim and Mugabe being last. Politically motivated list. I noticed it correlates with age mostly. The younger leaders are better ranked.

Still, there are a lot of sexy women in power today. Kate Middleton the duchess of Cambridge, Queen Rania of Jordan (J.lo's twin) the hottest woman in Arabia :lawd:
