Like I have stated from the start(I think murax knows my old posts regarding this) kenya was backing the three provinces(jubadahoose, jubada dhexe and gedo) to form one federal state, thus, the somali govt has accepted them only as an interim maamul with a lot of changes being made like the names, more an incoherent admin...etc

I said the govt policy towards the southwest is to let them continue their campaign and show the world their case in this interim era, this was what the president has told the speaker who didn't agree fon it or fear of losing his bases so he has to be with his people

Hassan sheekhs vague allusions enrich my position on this

Let us look at his words


He sees all of these administrations as a natural phenomenon because of the current lack of a central govt and accepts them as an interim admin and says all are but interim maamuls, no one represents before the one vote one man elections!!


He says the south-west should come up with its interim maamul that doesn't include what jubba has reached so far and then both of them as a two interim maamul work for their future accordance!

The word he uses here is "iswaafajin"/ al tawaafuq in arabic

Let us take example for the al jabhat al tawaafuq al iraqiyah wich is compsed of three separate political groups


The disputed southern regions will end up with this al tawafuq policy of hassan sheekh by 2015 when only the govts policy matters!

Oxy, I once joined a political islam party and after only two weeks I was nominated the head of some important division though I was only 24 years old by its top leaders. Before that I had a weekly informative role in the usra meetings like my role in here so while I was presenting a paper about the other somali political groups and their regional connections in a meeting with the leaders who were informing us about a secret summit they had in djibouti, the top leader has said to the presenter " who was yarka cas(me)" tell him to stay he is a well-informed! and he made me the head of that division.

Last I checked the FG was not receiving funds from Greater Jabertia, or from Digil Mirifle Confederation or Diristan. All the money it gets comes from Hawiyedom. Garguurte is not supported in Jabertia.

So in effect he is a Hawiye President and needs to get that through his head. The day the Hawiye become AntiHassan is game over for him.
