While the Xawadle in Beledweyne are to be cooperated with and consulted, Ximan iyo Xeeb and Galmudug, both Habar Gidir admins are to be dissolved and their army replaced by the Abgaal dominated SNA from Mogadishu.

i said galmudug and himanheeb armies to be replaced by the SNA bc hiiraan already has SNA but there will be an operational coperation between all of them

Once fully operational, the division will be responsible for Somali military operations in Galgadud, Hiran and Mudug
