Any deal between Somalia & Maamulka is rejected without PL

Without the acceptance of Puntland and SSC any agreement signed between Somalia and Maamulka will not have much effect. It will not be seen as legitimate treaty.
The Somali Govt must let Puntland and SSC take part in the talks because there is land dispute between the groups( Maamulka vs Puntland/SSC).
And also know that the unity of Somalia is sacred. No concessions on that part. And anyone who sells the unity of Somalia will be thrown out from window.

Galmudug State and Maamulka are not neighbours.
But Maamulka , SSC and Puntland are neighbours and they are having land dispute.
Well the new puntland president said he will get back Laascaanood. Khatumo said the same.
So clearly there is huge disagreement between the three regional states.
If the deal does not solve this issue, guns will do so. Iam sure puntland and ssc will never give up until they get back their lands.
