That is very old photo, for what I know all that land is occupied by mooryaan.

I wouldn't advise you to buy a house there....it's near the US embassy.

Colonel I got some piece of prime real estate land handed over to me, got the paper and everything. Ask your pops to look into land prices near the national university for me.

Not expensive at all. Small plots in that area sell for 2500 to 3000 dollars.

all of those properties will have to be demolished. most of those homes were build illegally and due to the absence of a legitimate functioning government and municipality.
