I am wondering if Somalis see this as a crime, a sin, something to be ashamed of or just a fact of life, why not get as much as you possibly can?

No, I support corruption and that is why I support xassan sheikh's government which has never done anything about it but actively uses it as a means to gain control of Parliament.
