He hasn't committed a crime in Somaliland so why would we bring him to justice? It's not our fault that this man won the hearts and minds of minority groups. Instead of blaiming Isaaq and Somaliland why not focus on the 4.5 systems and the injustices that comes with it.


The security has improved tremendously after the bombings in Hargeisa under Riyaale, plus the civilians are more aware of these terrorist groups, so the citizens themselves will inform the police about suspicious activity. Not to mention that the Salafi groups in SL are monitored.

Hydrogen what he saying is that long before al-shabab Mogdisho had war and chaos and this is the type of terrain al-shabab needs to survive, recruit and prosper. Now, looking at Hargeisa it had peace before al-shabab and has peace regardless of al-shabab today.
