Gal-Mudug State President Abdi Qaybdiid who was among the invited delegates who were pouring to Garowe for the last Two days Gave Speech
at the Inauguration ceremony happening live in the Presidential Palace stated that Puntland has stepped into stability and also acted as a role model
for the rest of Somalia .

He Indicated that Puntland is their role model neighbor too .

Abdi qaybdid requested Puntland not to forget the rest of Somalia and should lend a hand to all new coming states.
