The guy talking about his life is quite sad. He said he went to Puntland and had a normal job (xamaali) but the Puntland forces blindfolded him and arrested him only to take him somewhere, hang him upside down from the ceiling and beat/torture him.

That is true, some clans like the darood clan have inflated their numbers by taking in oromo and other non somalis, so you can't really call darood a clan (linked by blood) but a tribe.

Faroole admin was contracted to conduct these operations by Ethio intel using the PIS.Cadde Muuse and Abdullahi Yusuf were not really into this, which is why OGS got very comfortable in Puntland in the firtst place and attracted Ethio interest. Faroole was properly incentivised likewise with other admins around Somalia and even Djibouti to do Ethio intelligences dirty work when necessary. Many in p/land we're not in support of Faroole admins dirty operations targeting dissidents and even average people.I believe Cabdiweli is very different to Faroole in that the Ethios are already worried they may not get everything they want from him especially in regards to extraditing people they want to apprehend.
