Northern Sanaag is probably the greenest area of Northern Somalia.

What he is trying to tell you is that the iidoor side of the city is lush and green, while the dhulo side is a barren desert. :snoop:

Its a shared city like gaalkaayo but less so.
Even PL has candidates there.

I like this city it can rival addis and Nairobi for being more hospitable as a capital.

No it is not a shared city, it has one adminstration(Sland) since 1991 and its people are known as Reer Ceerigaabo, no south, or west or other
nonsense. Galkayo is totally different as it is a segregated city with two mayors, it mirrors more of Burco rather than Ceerigaabo, only difference
is Baraxley consists of small part of Galkayo (south Galkayo). I have been to all three cities, so take notes kids.

What's the clan breakdown of Sanaag and Sool?

Sanaag is about 60% hy with small HJ community and a big warsengali population near the coast with las qoray being the capital of the warsengali tribe. However sool is about 50-55% dhulo with 40%HY and 5-10% HJ. There is no single gobol in somali peninsula that is solely inhabited by a single somali clan.
