Postal Codes in Mogadishu?

Well, according to the news report below, street numbers and postal codes are to be introduced in Mogadishu for the first time in history.
An insignificant step for mind kind, to be sure, but, a giant leap for us retrograde Skinnies. Lets wait, and see how this latest scheme,ultimately, pans out.

They shouldn't change the pasts history. Keep all the names the same and create other New ones.
