What's the current regulation in Xamar ?

I've been seeing a few of these popping up on youtube, some look even more convincing than others. This particular claim is against General Gaafow's home. My question is, what are the current regulations in Xamar in regards to stolen properties ?

I think there's something more about this incident we don't know. Gaafow can easily afford to buy a new plot and build a a house. The guy is loaded.
I heard from one guy that the plot was taken from Gaafow's family by the former regime and that's why he's refusing to vacate the place.
The jeberti lady can fuck off with her two italian bastards.

How can there be regulations ? How can you uproot Mooryan families/creatures from their occupied houses (not homes). I don't think the Governor of Xamar wants riots or lose his valuable mooryan voter base.
There is no Gov in Xamar today that can cause such social change without social unrest from sub humans.

Xinoow Mozambique boy, keep laughing, just know your fam will out of there stolen houses in due time so start saving.

There was no plot taken and the Italian man was known and Muslim. The house and land are under Ifarhs names and were bought fair and square. The court has already given a verdict for her. Gaafow himself admits the house is not his and tried to bye it from them but they refused. They will get what is their.

Doofaar waligiis ma daahiro. Watching the video , this is extremely legit case with all the papers to support it. Either way, the family is bringing the heat and hopefully they will get what is theirs

as long you'll have the likes of xiiinow in Moqdisho, the city will continue to burn. Now I know better not to point fingers to all Moqdisho people. There are some good people in there. I specially like banadir administration whom I personally dealt with when I was selling my dad's house last year

So the Banadir court has ruled in favor of the family not once but THREE times. Don't they have police force to enforce the ruling? like force eviction?

Even if her husband was not Muslim and Italian, they bought the land and house fair and square. All the neighbors have already bore witness on her behalf. Everyone in Xamar Knows Gaafow did not own the land or house. Just because someone is not Hawiye does not mean they have to move and forget their hard earned land and house. Gaafow has himself admitted he is not the owner. Plus the Women is not weak and has access to militia

Who said Xiinow is from Mogadishu? He has been engineered by your likes to legitimatize and facilitate your cyber lactation.

Forced evictions on behalf of rightful owners happen but it's more difficult to enforce the law when you're dealing with a corrupt and pathetic official who is an extension of the law himself. If the family persists, they will get whats theirs one way or another. It's good that they made a video shaming those involved
