According to this site, the govt has didbanded all the clan militias in the army in lower shabeele. Some of amisom and troops from banadir were moved to there.

According to this site, there is a serious disagreement between the ex and the new interior minister over who is in charge of the police department.

As I understand the national security ministers job is about the police and the intelligence but the new interior minister doesn't agree so and says(according to the site) that during the tfg era, the police was under the interior though the national security was there too as a separate ministry
