STAVANGER, Norway (AP) — Convicted Norwegian mass-killer Anders Behring Breivik has threatened to go on hunger strike unless he gets access to better video games, a sofa and a larger gym.

In a letter sent to The Associated Press and other media, Breivik writes the hunger strike will continue until his demands are met or he dies. Breivik's lawyer Tord Jordet confirmed the letter was authentic and said his client is waiting for a response from prison authorities before starting the hunger strike.



Breivik is serving a 21-year prison sentence, which can be extended when it expires, for killing 77 people in bomb and gun massacres in 2011. Among his demands, Breivik wants communication restrictions lifted and improved air conditions. He wants the available PlayStation 2 console replaced by a modern version.

Somalis should copy the Norwegians in every way. The Norwegians have saved over a trillion dollars for future generations from their oil wealth. They are a good example to follow

^^^ You do realise somalia has had no effective government in over two decades and so hasn't got the institutions nor means to apprehend, prosecute and convict criminals? So comparing it to Norway, one of the per capita richest countries in the world is a bit fruitless really. Besides Norway is quite dull.

Don't give me that no effective government nonsense. People are jailed in Somalia everyday; usually the poor minority clan folk. The systems are in place, even in the south. They do have the means. If you were to kill anyone, the chances you would be brought to justice is close to zero. Yes, you'll spend the night in jail but you'll be freed by a stranger from your clan who is deputy police chief or you'll pay a $100 to the prison guard to get you out. The Institutions are there. Its just a matter of using it properly
