During hajj period, they put road blocks on the way to Mecca to prevent illegal residents from performing hajj, but some people are lucky enough to find their way to Mecca during those times. hyper, you will find people who have lived in Saudi for over 20 years and did not perform hajj yet, due to them not being legal in the country. Very sad though.
