I used to hear when blacks don't perform to their potential, they often blame their failure on the whites, claiming they are being mistreated or humiliated in history. The same thing for us Somalis. Every ugly event gets blamed on the always-to-be Somali rulers.

What do they have in common?

Whoever is behind the hijacking. They are definitely ppl whith knowldege of the times and places these ships will take route. Has to be someone from within the Gov, so I gues it explains the connections.

whoever controls the places where the hijacking of Humanatarian Aid ships is behind. Elmacaan, Hobyo, etc. They could have their own warlord and fiefdom, but they haven't been addressed yet as most people would think of them as bunch of thugs who have agreed to do such uncouth business.

Are you guys implying that A/hi Yusuf is too gentle and too honest to be meddling in something like this? Well if you are, then you my friends are from planet Darod protection.

We all know A/hi Yusuf is the biggest thug, a war-monger and marauding rebel mentality at this time and age, despite the seat being offered on a platter. Everything bad that happens in Somalia, he is involved either directly or indirectly, the man simply has a Midas touch for evil

Lugooyo, i call that a conspiracy theory? Without a legitimate evidence that he is involved in such multifarious activities, i would dispell that as a defamatory or libelous campaign against him.

The last violation of U.N weapons embargo was disclosed by Yemen as part of their contribution to help the fledgling Somali government. The president had requested international peace keeping troops to protect government institutions but they can't provide such assistance, which demands a direct military involvement with the arms embargo in effect. Before the disclosure, the president gets used to be blamed for the violations and planned attacks.
