Just put your hands up. You see, you don't know what preceded this tape, and you don't know what came after it. But in a place where suicide bombers abound, where the insurgents have no respect for the law of land warfare whatsoever, the result is that soldiers tend to shoot first and ask questions latter. I remember two years ago I had this discussion with Viking. He said "When people are defending themselves against occupation, the rule is, there are no rules." To which I responded that the rules exist to protect non-combatants and those who wish to cease being combatants. If one side ignores the rules, there are consequences to that. If, for example, you begin an insurgency and use civilian clothes to conceal your fighters, you put non-combatants in civilian clothing at risk. If you use vehicle born suicide bombers, don't be surprised when periodically a car with an innocent famikly inside gets lit up. What you are seeing is the result of an insurgency. If you want to use the civilian population to hide behind, or if that population allows you to do that (as in this case), then it is that civilian population which will suffer. This is natures law.
