1- Israel to extend an apology over Gaza flotilla raid...this condition is met
2- Pay compensation...This condition is close to being met
3- Lift the embargo on Gaza

Erdogan is muslim brotherhood, unlike Wahabi who explicitly rejects any intellectual concepts associated with economics, education, ethics or politics.

these represent the 10% to 15% of the population that are "secular" or non-muslim really.
they are bitching because they used to run the country for more than 60 years undemocratically,
but the majority of the population is muslim and have used democracy to gain power and with democracy they will always hold power.

The army is in the process of becoming more representative of the population rather than a club for extreme secularists.
The only thing stoping AK party and Erdogan is the impending economic disaster that will fuck up turkey unless it gets a secure and cheap supply of energy.

Extremist secualrist turkey was an economic shithole before the AK party took over.
the lira was worthless, most of the companies responsible for the economic boom including the hi tech ones are owned and run by conservative muslims.
