I'm not talking about the time and when, I'm talking about exactly why and how he appeared.

For example farah abdulqadirs, arrangements goes back to even when sacid was in the office followed by abdkarim guleed after he was ousted, the last one was gacal being in arabia at that time for conferences.

When gacal landed with abdiwali after the president agreed on, the man next to the pm is ridwan his deputy another close friend of him.

Now don't confuse my version with what somali website wrote and this pic, my version is different and talks about a coincidence besides I had a thread in arabic stating this gacal stuff before them two days.

I meant those by gacal ex FM deputy, ridwan current religios minister and cumar dheere dam jadid ambassador to qatar(these three guys are responsible when it comes to the arab world so they come up with the abdi wali...
