As Marsin posted, the Cawlyahan elders in Bakool have vehemently opposed the so-called six region administration and are actually in Baydhabo now to support the three region administration: Bay, Bakool, Sh/Hoose.

As for the jealous and cuqdad-filled folks like Armaan and Titanium; history is on my side when it come to Bakool. The only MP that was always selected from Bakool especially Xudur was Ogaaden/Cawlyahan by the name of Barre Ugaas Geedi. And remember this was during the civilian democratic elections. Currently Bakool has five districts and three of them including the historic Ceel Barde are 100% OG cities. And for Xudur, the city is shared equally between OGs and Raxanweyn.

bakool is a DM deegaan evennot far the south of it was so like jubada dhexe. we have population in tiyeegloow yet we dont claim it, ceelbarde is full of jijeele yet they dont claim it. these OGs have right to get represented in the administration just like others. from what i heard, the OGS in ceelberde are getting smaller each day, they moved to other places out of bakool.
