they are not talking about that, they are talking about this parliament electing a new president who can deliver his policies. alot of westren diplomats are calling to stop criticizing this president because this will empower al shabaab and that why they extended the partial lifting of arms embargo and the resolution of giving him military logistics.

If the west actually wants something for Somalis, they would boot the laughing cow. Of course they don't want non of that. They want dormant & clueless individual who's there to keep the stats que.
