This is a response from one of the russians targeted by Obama's sanctions
I think some prankster prepared the draft of this Act of the US President. Comrade @BarackObama, what should do those who have neither accounts nor property abroad? Or U didn't think about it?

I see the decision by the administration in Washington as an acknowledgment of my service to Russia. It's a big honor for me. I don't have accounts abroad. The only things that interest me in the U.S. are Tupac Shakur, Allen Ginsberg, and Jackson Pollock. I don't need a visa to access their work. I lose nothing

These sanctions won't hurt anyone. A lot of posturing and verbal from the USA but ultimately it's toothless in the face of real power.
The 'government' in Kiev must be feeling exposed. Staring the giant Putin in the eye while their 'backup' quietly leaves the room. They will have to answer to Putin soon.
