Original Dervish, they will provide it through Trocaire which only has a base in Gedo in Somalia. The Gedo Health Consortium was a plan put together by MSF, Trocaire, and Oxfam before MSF pulled out. They struck a deal to provide the doctors while Trocaire will provide the supplies and Oxfam will provide the largest share of funding.
