Dr Macow was known for being money-hungry. He has taken an advantage thousands of Somali in UK who were eager to find a doctor who speaks their language. He over overcharged his patients and claimed doctor for all ilness. Now he came with new scheme to exploit unsuspecting and desperate people patients in Hargeisa. Recently, he made most heavily advertisement on Somali TVs of his trip and suggest he could see over 100 patients a day. when he arrived in Hargeisa hundreds people were queuing at his clinic. He also ignored Doctors have to have registration with a licence to practise even third world country like Somaliland.

he was not arrested in jail but all doctors must apply liscense fron the Somaliland national health professions commission (NHPC). according to the ministry of health DG, DR ma,aw had visa to inter the country but not liscense to operate in the country as health profissional. here is the rules and regulatiins if the NHPC www.nhpcsomaliland.org/#.
