There is nothing to be proud of the blue flag.
The blue flag is a liability/curse to the folks of Jigjiga.They had misplaced priorities in the past that had caused them to languish in refugee camps in Somalia suffering from poverty neglect and redicule from the MSB govt and their somali brethrens.
