Dixon isnt a bad place. Its just like every other neighborhood, it has its ups and downs. They tried to make somalis look bad :x

I was born here. 340. We left a year later though.

Dixon is not a bad area. Its just the perception. And most arent poor. Ive seen many somali hoyoos driving pricey cars. I remember reading that area is the only place in Ontario that has seen consecutive drops in residential market value. You have neighborhoods beside Dixon that have homes double in home value in just a decade

My first time witnessing what a chew dealer's house looked like was in Dixon lol

It was such a homey place to visit though....all the odey in the park in the middle, moms on the side with the kids, all of them running around...I'm glad I never lived there though!
