How much water do you drink a day?

If you don't drink a lot of water, do you drink a lot of Soda?

Has anybody taken supplements regularly and has seen a noticeable improvement?

Summer, how do you drink soo much water? Do you need to go to the bathroom soo much? I've only just started drinking a liter a day and I have to go to the bathroom 3+ times a day. It's a lot of work, enough to put me off.

Hyper, we all know you are extremely malnourished, but in the climate you live in, don't you think it would be better to drink more?

I drink none sugary juice, mainly, orange and apple juice.

It's a habit really. A gallon is about 16 cups, if you have a 24oz water bottle, that's about 3 cups...x5 and it can be done. Since you just started drinking more water, the bathroom breaks is your body basically cleansing it self. By drinking adequate amounts of water daily, you are basically replenishing what your body lost.It gets better with time,so I would quit if I were you. On average you need 13 cups of water roughly I think.

For kids under 12 thy can drown if they drink more then 7-8 cups of water its wise just to drink 5cups a day

Natural sugars.... You're almost required to supplement with water in take. Water is a necessity .

Now that I work out almost daily, I'd say I drink about a litre a week. Still no where near enough. It was worse before, I used to scarcely drink water.

I'd say I drink about a liter and truth be told, that doesn't seem like a lot to me. I use to drink 2 liters daily not that long ago.
