The reason why people come out prejudice is because of their over the top pride and disdain of foreign cultures. A superiority complex sometimes an innate one of their people. Your answer would depend on how high you value the somali people and their culture.
Me personally my principles is that believe the primary culture of a country should remain and every unique heritage should be preserved, so open and out of control mixing is not ok in my views. So the chinese somali and white somali should who intend to stay permanently should to some understand and respect the culture of their host culture.
