No joke, one argued with me yesterday saying his drivers license from Somalia can be exchanged for the local one and insisted I go with him to exchange it. I was arguing with him telling him you had to start from the G1 stage and that fake card from the black market wont be accepted. For like an hour he says "driving more easy here". I said OK your right but didn't go with him. He calls me later telling me "government istubid".
