Ever had a reoccurring minor chest pains even when you're a non smoker? I am too young to have a heart attack. I think I should visit the
doctor to see what the problem might be, better safe than sorry.

Yes, you should listen to your instincts recurring chest pains sounds serious and it is a sign of heart attack or angina. It could be coming from the lung as well

Nah it is not the lungs, I had a x-ray done, it came out perfectly fine. The best course of action is to get the level of cholesterol in my blood tested to rule out
the narrowing of the arteries .

Don't take chances with ur health, go to the doctor ASAP.

I'm getting my results tommorow from the doc, while most people would pray they don't find anything, I'm the opposite I hope they find something because I've been homebound for 2 months with no signs of improvement.

Inshallah, we will both make it out of this.

Reoccurring chest pains sounds serious. Get checked asap, early detection is always better, before it develops to a chronic problem. Good luck to the both of you

ask yourself, does this chest pain get worse when your walking/running (ie strenous activity) and goes away with rest.
If the answer to the above is yes, then you should check it out.

if you can localize the pain and pressing or pushing on it makes it worse, it's muscle/skeletal issue.

Holding on to grudges and bitterness against others because you are telling yourself you're inferior ( SY ) can results in long-term chest pain. Tribalism has generated your hates and took away your fates

Seek help to cure these insecurities and fears and learn how to love again so you can treat yourself with respect.

Niyohow I have been having strange problems for 3 months as well it feels like the older you get the more weaker your immune system is, I got a appointment
in late May for another issue. I need to get a appointment for this one as well. Inshallah amiin.

Agreed. I usually go to the doctor for other smaller things but I need to get this one checked.

When I am walking or running it is fine. It is when I am relaxing at times. Either way I will book a appointment with the GP tomorrow because
it is closed today (bank holiday).

Good suggestion.

Whenever I go to the mosque those symptoms seem to disappear, I feel like at peace. Being close to Allah definitely helps.
