As I've said from the very beginning.....the Hassan Sheikh regime is taking Somalia backwards.
Everything that comes in through the door of Villa Somalia is immediately stolen.
While Hassan et al are protected by Amisom...ordinary Somali's are left to fend for themselves.
There is no greater crime than stealing the equipment and salaries of the army/police.
