Why can't Somalia put together a good team to represent us in soccer. I mean every kid in Somalia can kick a ball and some have the skills to be really good if giving the opportunity. Bring together the best soccer players from all over the country based on their performance in the field not what qabiil they hail from. I'm sick and tired of not having a national soccer team to root for. I think soccer can bring us all together. Tan kale the youth really don't care about qabyaalad it's the old fockers who do. I was really pissed when Ethiopia beat us 5-0 in the World Cup qualification. They humiliated us Walahi I'll never forget that lost. The Somali soccer federation comity should be ashamed of themselves.

Training facilities, diet regiment, contractual payments, not enough game time etc We got a long way to go. I always wondered why Sendiko AUN never managed the national squad seeing as he held positions within FIFA and could secure funding...

You're right though, Somalis are passionate about the game, something needs to be done.

Countries with good teams start at age 4 or 5. Their players have moved up from league to league like natural selection until the best of the best make it to professional soccer. We need to have the right facilities, experienced coaches, and national soccer league to be any good.

We hav leagues but they aren't as good as those in Europe or South America. The best clubs play in Xamar but if we create leagues all around the country and levels we could go somewhere. Not saying we will be competitive right away but we will give Ethiopia, Kenya, Jabuti etc run for their money as they are ahead of us. Step by step can get us somewhere bro better than not having nothing. Somalis love soccer meel kata ay jogaan we just need like you and Marques said great facilities, good coaches and many more things. I just hope I get to see Somalia play in the World Cup one day Insha Allah.

You need a functioning soccer federation first and we don't really have that.
