Yes their stupidity is what preventing this govt from advancing however, like I always said that al shabaab card only works for the govt!

These people in xamar get every thing yet they would kill the people who are building their streets, hospitals, atleast will not talk againist those who killing them let alone protecting them!

Its true that the US has recognized slowly the somali govt, each time you will see more but the current developments may have relations with the al shabaab attacks and threats against the US bases in djibouti

Here here the regime is an ally!

some analysis suggest that djibouti has some thing to do with this(before gheele visit to washignton he met hassan sheekh) of course the US will listen to djibouti who is very important strategically.
