Are Somali Women/Girls incompetent workers?

I was at a Starbucks yesterday and this teenager or early 20s was working as a barista. Her coffee and cold drink making skills are POOR! She was slow, lazy and she moves like a warm. The Gaalo Cadaan whom one will assume are more delicate and spoilt work fast and hard like mules. This girl just strutted along, resting her hand on her hips. It took her 8 minutes to fix my caramel Frappuccino. (The cadaans make it under 3 minutes when they are crazy busy, when not busy should be less)


And my co workers have told me that Somali women are lazy also.(with the exception of yours truly of course) So, my question is: Are Somali Queens naturally nasaabs and were made for being house wives? Or some rich mans trophy? But the ironic part is--Somali women in Somalia used to be the main bread winners. But I guess they were business women and not xamaali like here in the US. Somali women will be good in using their brains than body labor--agreed?

Anyway--I will visit the Mall Next Weekend and see if the Somali girl in Starbucks was fired.

Basra, i know gabadh cad she works two jobs and goes gym after that.five days a week. Some of our people work hard,but we don't chase the aduunyo like them. These people think about promotion,1 year plan,two year plan,looking good for the boss,day and night. I've worked with people who hate their bosses,but the moment we go to a meeting they have all these spreadsheets of wonderful resources and strategies they use. When the meeting is finished they go back to backbiting.Soomaalidu,most of then waa iska relaxed and happy if they are doing well. We are slightly impatient too. I am baasto the anthropologist unit.
