the upper sign and lower sign have tow different spelling , lazy uneducated Somalis...cant even spell Buubaa right.

There's way too many hotels in Hargeisa that are all empty for the majority of the year. Half of those buildings could have been used as apartment complexes which generate stable income unlike these hotels, and would help sustain the ridiculous population growth of the city

They're anticipating a tourism boom in the country and want to call dibs on the £££...probably wasting their time though, unless oil is discovered or something of the like, the economy will move at a snails pace..
