I am sure they can use that "military" to protect themselves from the encroaching northerners. Leave jubba affairs to native Jubians.

Hiiraale's ambition to rule Kismaayo has to be admired.
He's done everything possible, steam-boated his way down the coast, muscled off prison in Ethiopia, camped up in a jungle somewhere in Lower Jubba living off plants and mudwater.
