Several people injured when group of militia attack innocent bystanders in Toon Village near Hargeysa. Apparently it has been re-occurring several times according to the people. It is a district land dispute between Maxamud Haybe district of Hargeisa and Salahley (both Cidagale) so it is not a clan dispute rather a district dispute,

It is not my fault that this Isaaq members are so deeply delusional thinking that their so-called 'Somaliland' is the beacon of Africa when it is simply a shithole just like the rest of Somalia.
