The interior post is a very very very important for the ruling dj group, its from where they can continue and stay in for a second term. This depends to continue and expend the change that guleed was making in banaadir and its districts to gobolada!

goodah, dhuxuloow etc are former mps who were allied with the villa in many national issues(second group in the cabinet after dj are former mps)

Now they want to get rid of them politically by involving them in a dirty politics like lower shabelle so they can lose their political raasumaal and then come up with a reshuffle in wich dj are back, this is why these ministers are refusing to be scapegoated

Since guleed is gone some one must replace him and that's gacal.

Gacal replaces guleed in his dj role(empowering dj and the home policies) since farah abdulqadir and guleed couldn't work together. The whole of this new govt depends on both of them.

Farah has achieved many agreements the last one being the baydhabo agreement he's also extending now into far regions so I guess gacal will be the weaker side in this cooperation.

Godah is going in the reshuffle, he was carrying some mission and has done big damage to some circales.

gacal works now with this group(ridwan hirsi, the ceer boy who replaced him in his FM state minister post) they all work with both the PM and his FM, he will be moved to the interior by dj

national security is a different post. dj doesnt make the security policies, its made by the villa, the allied clans

Even uder guleed, HG was controlling theough khalif erag who was freely operating and this is why guleed has failed!

Now villa has a mixed security policy, has given more power to the banaadir governor under the new interior

I heard that yuulka has offered to him big money to go along side with this agenda but he's said no.

He's business man btw and has big places in africa.

Like I said to you godah was on a mission, he knew this is not his group so he's an introduction for another govt

He has two agendas, investing this popularity and make a regional administration(hiiraan and others or other region that may may act as independent admin(in december there will a formation of central states)

Take back his seat in the parliament and play the same hard role until a new govt was formed

For the moment he says he will not accept any political settlement in lower shabelle until barawe was liberated, and for baydhabo, until baybakool was liberated and after a cabinet reshuffle takes place! Lol
