I've noticed they never leave a voicemail

This is very important when you are calling from a random international number

Forget abt voice mail bro..that's a lexury...They don't even have 2 lines sxb...they don't even have peace between the telecommunication companies, you gotta use 2 different SIM cards

I don't know why phone companies back don't invest in voicemail services. Over there if you make a call and no one picks up, all you hear "Numbarkan waa mushquul, fadlan ku soo celi mar kale" lol

Hormuud telcom have started voice mail services just last week.

They should also stop calling 15 times in 5 minutes. If I didn't answer the first time then what makes you think I will answer the 2nd, 4th, 6th time.

And no I'm not ignoring them, they happen to call my phone when I'm either sleeping, or working and my phone is turned off.
