Since Wanlawein and their Bantu occupiers (AMISOM) can not or are not interested defeating al Shabab and all the other militia, should the rest of Somalia (Italia Somaliland, UN-Trusteeship) relocate their capital to Kismayo or elsewhere?

Perhaps its time to abandon Mogadishu, Hutus and all their drama including all the Ugandan baby daddies all together and restart fresh elsewhere?

Mogadishu has became a joke. They crawling administration of one tribe can not even protect its own state house, MPs, Ministers or even the gate of its "Parliament". Almost half of the population face another wave of famine.

The dumbest thing I've read in a while. What looted property dhaboyaco? 99% percent of people who lived in Hargeisa during the war were natives. The 1% non-natives were usually soldiers or domestic workers like the 2 Ogaden chaariyads my family had.
