This person was recently seen in Somaliland by a close relative. Now all married with kids. However, there's $50k bounty on the individual's head. :lupe:

For me, It depends on the reason for the murder. Was he a gangster/criminal or was it self-defense/protecting someone when you knew the law wouldn't be sufficient? If he has a young family, I'd warn him that I knew what's up, but I wouldn't seperate children from a parent.

Il just say it's basically that one tribe who's confused abt their loyalty in Somaliland ..I mean I got nothing to lose...that $50k can really turn my sub sub sub clan into commercial farmers instead of being pastoralists who keep losing animals as the weather gets worse. I can but them several water bumping motors. I can go to a quick course on learning farming techniques...then my sub dib sub clan can be the talk of all landers..on how we got collectively well off

The individual was 18 yrs old when he/she committed the heinous crime...my math is just adding up...could it be you?
