It's a hadith and it means if u immitate a kaafir, you are among them and on Judgment Day you will be raised with them.

Somali men wearing jewlry and bagging jeans and tattoos are just as bad as those girls wearing tight jeans and no hiajb.

Just like the girls are immitating the kaafir girls, the boys are immitating hip hop stars and basketball players which in my opinion much worse.
